Update the bind address fot http, https and AJP to accept any request

    Description

      The EAP 6 images introduces a network interface called bindall to configure the bind address for http/https connectors to 0.0.0.0.

      For EAP7 images it is default to 127.0.0.1 Pod IP address leading some cct tests to fail, for example the kieserver-64 image on top of eap7.

      It will be great to have this same configuration on EAP7 images.
