[EAP][XA][Recovery] custom jmx/jolokia process to expose information about transactions in heuristic state

    Description

      Currently it is not possible to reasonably query the state of the EAP migration pod. It is important to be able to automatically detect a state which requires manual intervention to recover transactions in a heuristic state.
