    Description

      Issue CLOUD-2210 adds EAP support for automatic transaction recovery on scaling down of pods. If this process were to fail then it may be possible for in doubt branches in resource managers to become locked. A procedure should be developed to guide the user through the process of manual resolution of such branches.
