[EAP] support using extensions datasources as tx ObjectStore

    Description

      We had a request to support tx recovery. We’ve had several conversations about this and having to reuse pod ids as the node id to support recovery. Like StatefulSets. But this doesn’t fix the scale-down case where txs will never be recovered until there is a scale back up. Kevin is extending the AMQ partitioning/migration mechanism to support scale down tx recovery. As part of this exercise I discovered that you cannot configure a datasource that is defined via extensions as the tx objectstore. 2111 fixes that
