[JWS] Introduce an environment variable for the tomcat version

    Description

      We have a request to introduce a variable containing the Tomcat version which is present in our images, similar to the variables we have for the product version (PRODUCT_VERSION and JBOSS_WEBSERVER_VERSION).

      In the meantime the version can be found by running something like the following command

      docker run -it --rm registry.access.redhat.com/jboss-webserver-3/webserver31-tomcat7-openshift java -cp /opt/webserver/lib/catalina.jar org.apache.catalina.util.ServerInfo
