[COMMON] Make the accessLog valve configurable

    Description

      As EAP6 loggs access messages by default now, but this is not in line with the default EAP 6 configuration for standalone. We should verify and remove this as the default. If it is on by default, then we should make it configurable so that it can be disabled.
