create a TCK test for alternative sterotype + @Priority on the class

We currently have no test for an @Alternative @Stereotype which has a @Priority on the class it gets applied on. This should work according to the spec, but we miss a test.

Basically a variation of org.jboss.cdi.tck.tests.alternative.selection.stereotype.SelectedBeanWithUnselectedStereotypeTest
but not enabled via beans.xml but via @Priority on the class.
