Enabling dump can cause rule injection to fail silently

The code which dumps transformed bytecode can fail if runtime exceptions are thrown when it attempts to query and update the filesystem, causing trigger injection to fail. It should protect against such failures, printing a warning and exception trace and allowing injection to continue.
