Byteman 4.0.0 does not work with JDK10 class files

The ASM library bundled with Byteman cannot process class files generated by JDK10. The asm version needs upgrading to asm-6.0_beta2. Also, this requires depending on the four separate jars (asm, asm-tree, asm-analysis and asm-commons) as the asm-all mega-jar has now been discontinued.

This fix is only needed for the 4.X master branch.
