Documentation of downcast in BIND clause is missing

Byteman does not support casts but it is possible to bind a BIND variable declared with class X to a value whose type id a super class Y. This feature was added in BYTEMAN-225 but was not documented at that time. It needs explaining in the Programmer's Guide.
