@BMScript: search for 'value' and 'dir' on the classpath as well

In @BMScript(value="test", dir="dir"), scripts are only searched in the working directory, appending ".btm" and ".txt" if necessary.

A nice addition would be to search for scripts on the classpath as well, following the above rules.
