Add more verbose logging of the startup, transforming behavior

In debugging why a script was not being applied as expected, I ended up adding a number of logging statements to the agent startup and transformer operation. I would like to commit the basic ones to emit their msg when the debug mode for rule processing is enabled. Further, I would like the Transformer.transform related msgs to emit information on the class being processed when the verbose mode is enabled. This is obviously very verbose, so perhaps a new verbose property like BYTEMAN_PACKAGE_PREFIX + "verbose.transform" should be added.
