• Update asm 2.2.3 -> 3.1 -> 3.3
• Update cglib 2.1_3 -> 2.2
• Update getopt 1.0.12-brew -> 1.0.13
• Update cal10n 0.7.2 -> 0.7.4 (This was changed to 0.7.3 due to a bug in 0.7.4)
• Update h2database 1.2.144 -> 1.2.145
• Exclude javax.xml.stream:stax-api
• Update httpcomponents 4.0.1 -> 4.1.1
• Update commons-collections 3.1 -> 3.2.1
• Update apache-velociy 1.6.2 -> 1.6.3
• Update netty 3.2.1.Final -> 3.2.3.Final
