Consolidate Arquillian test infrastructure

    Description

      Currently there are a number of tests using various ARQ versions.
      A large portion uses a forked Alpha4 version from (https://github.com/jbosgi/arquillian/tree/jbosgi)
      ARQ 1.0.0-Alpha5 has since become available, but does not include the full set of functionality required for OSGi testing.

      Update and consolidate the ARQ version to support what is required by existing AS7 test cases
