    Description

      Deprecate this method and move the existing usage of it to SecurityDomainResourceDefinition. This method has nothing in particular to do with AbstractRuntimeOnlyHandler other than > 1 subclass wanted the behavior.

      Also, the i18n in the logic is not handled.
