Web console: Additional web subsystem properties

There should become four different subsystem-wide configuration options. Three are currently in the AS already and one I am working on at the moment. That should be in the code-base soon hopefully. They are:

(1) - Default Virtual Server (string)
(2) - Native (boolean)
(3) - Instance ID (string)
(4) - Symbolic Linking Enabled (boolean)
