DefaultDeploymentOperations should use ModelControllerClient.executeAsync()

DefaultDeploymentOperations isn't using the async ModelControllerClient API; instead it is submitting a synchronous execute request to its own Executor. It should use the ModelControllerClient.executeAsync() API to ensure the intended task cancellation logic is invoked.
