Deprecate broadcast-group and discovery-group address/port attributes

socket-binding are the preferred way to configure messaging's broadcast-group and discovery-group.

All their attributes that are alternatives to socket-binding can be deprecated:

• group-address
• group-port
• local-bind-address
• local-bind-port
