Object model for domain management

The actual object model that represents the domain model.

This is a container task for subtasks related to pieces of the overall model.

The focus here is initial parsing of the config schema into the model and marshalling of the model back into xml. See JBAS-8251 for the separate issue of updates to the model due to use of the management API.
