Support expressions in path attribute of <file> within logging handlers

If you have multiple JBoss instances on the same machine (or had a shared filesystem), and you want all log files to go to the same directory, it would be nice to be able to use an expression in the file attribute of the log handlers to differentiate each server log file in that directory.
