JSF Version retrieved from deployment unit instead of top level deployment unit

In org.jboss.as.web.SharedTldsMetaDataBuilder the JSF version is retrieved from the deployment unit.
When processing deployment, the JSF version is stored on the top level deployment therefore the same top level unit should be used to retrieve the version.
