JNDI ObjectFactory should acccept parameters

object-factory binding should allow us to specify parameters that should be propagated to the ObjectFactory.
For example, Tomcat allows us to create URLResourceFactory that accepts parameters defined as attributes of Resource element in XML.

The configuration would loook like this:

I have implemented proof of a concept.
