Option "consumer-window-size" has no effect

When setting consumer-window-size for connection factory, it seem to be ignored: While debugging
another issue we found that the "final int clientWindowSize" in ClientConsumerImpl.java is always
set to 1024 * 1024 before, e.g., an MDB starts.
