Create logging profiles for deployments

Details

    Description

      Create logging profiles to be assignable to deployments. The precedence would be deployment configuration -> profile configuration -> default configuration. This would allow profiles to be configured with the management interface.

      Each profile would have it's own LogContext and the context could be secured.
