Unable to create the HelloWorld.war file on Windows 2003 EE. Could you please help me provide steps to create a war file in windows

I am not able to find any solution to creating a HelloWorld.war file in JBoss AS 7.1.0
I have created the index.jsp file in the HelloWorld directory and then a WEB-INF directory in the HelloWorld directory and a web.xml file in the WEB-INF directory
But I cant find any steps to creating a war file of HelloWorld

Please help me with this. I need this asap since I have a demo that I need to show to our client soon in few days
