ServerSelection event handling is broken

With the introduction of external links it's now possible to directly open domain runtime screens. This conflicts with the order, in which GWTP initializes nested presenters: inner first. It means that a child presenter registers it's event handler before the outer most presenter. But since the outer most presenter carries important state management logic (i.e. selected host/server tuple) the nested presenter always get's to see stale data.
