Add support for custom client mappings to socket bindings

In order to disambiguate wildcard bindings and support clients behind NAT, we need the ability to configure a set of source network to destination address matching rules on a socket binding. The intention is that various services, like ejb clustered remote invocation, would use this information to know where to send the request.
