Convert pojo subsystem to i18n logging and exceptions messages as per ANDIAMO-2

The PojoLogger and PojoMessages classes are currently empty shells. The INFO and above logging and any exception messages in the subsystem needs to be converted to use these classes. See EJB subsystem for an example.
