The CLI connect handling can't deal with IPv6 addresses

The host:port parsing in the CLI assumes there is one : in the value being parsed, which will fail with an IPv6 address.

Let's support the syntax from http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2732.txt for handling this case
