don't require --profile in 'command' and generic commands

Currently, the profile argument is required in generic commands, assuming that generic commands can exist only for subsystems. Which is not reasonable.
They should be make a decision whether to require the presence of the profile argument based on the connection mode (standalone or domain) and whether the target resource is a child of a profile or not.
