Move SimpleArquillianDeployerTestCase to integration testsuite

https://github.com/jbossas/jboss-as/blob/master/testsuite/smoke/src/test/java/org/jboss/as/test/embedded/osgi/SimpleArquillianDeployerTestCase.java is the only file left in testsuite/smoke. I suspect it's a leftover from one of the testsuite refactors. So it needs a new home or a trip to the trash bin.
