Web Console/CLI operation error causes the host to disconnect from the domain

A remote host is connected to a domain. A command is issued through the CLI or web console that throws an error (example was a server add to a host) then an "operation failed" message appears on the domain controller console window and the host is disconnected from the domain (host controller is still running).
