ResourceAdapterDeploymentService installs a ResourceAdapterService with a null ResourceAdapter

    Description

      If a resource adapter is deployed as an archive deployment, then the ResourceAdapterDeploymentService ends up installing a ResourceAdapterService with a null ResourceAdapter.

      Also, the service name used for the service might not be right, since each resource adapter can have multiple deployments. So using the deployment name as the unique service name won't work out.
