Arquillian Managed container ignores ManagedContainerConfiguration.javaVmArguments

The Managed container ignores it's own configuration and instead reads directly from system properties:

System.getProperty("jboss.options");

ManagedContainerConfiguration should default to jboss.options but use javaVmArguments internally
