Finalize structure of "management" subresources

The current /management=security-realms/security-realm=foo and /management=connections/connection=bar has to go. Get rid of the first level (i.e. second become management-security-realm) or make the first level more generally useful:

???=management

where ??? is some general term that can incorporate other similar things, e.g. ???=platform-mbean
