Slave Domain Controllers connected to a master domain controller need to authenticate as a user.

This will be the first authentication mechanism, we will allow a server identity to be defined in the host.xml which contains the username and password of the server to be defined.

(The second authentication mechanism will be to make use of a certificate and use client-cert type authentication)
