Switch xalan back to upstream groupId

      The xalan jars are currently under the groupId "org.apache.xalan". While this is technically correct, the groupId in Maven central is "xalan". This means that users may get duplicates on the classpath if they use our jars.
      We should switch back to the upstream groupId.
