Update dependencies to simplify downstream Fedora Packaging

• ejb jar from 'unknown' gav
  • update to jboss-spec
• jetty namespace instead of newer eclipse
  • update to newer jetty version in eclipse namespace
• internal weld-build pom config not packaged (damn you maven having no separation between build and publish!)
  • exclude weld-build-config artifact from cdi enricher
