Support multi container setup

We need to support connecting the agent to more then one running jvm. In e.g. a Cluster test setup multiple JVMs on local and remote would be involved. The Byteman extension should be able to figure out the port/ip of the individual containers where the agent is installed.

When running multiple containers on same ip, the extension need to detect the setup and install the agent on different ports.
