Documentation doesn't specify that WebSphere artifactions are not available in a maven repository

The reference guide lists the WAS container artifact ids, but doesn't point out that they're not available in any Maven repository, and doesn't provide a link to the instructions in the Wiki for building it from github.

The official docs say that WAS support isn't available yet and doesn't list the artifact ids at all. It should list the WAS artifact ids and provide instructions for building as well.
