ByteAssetLoader is a simplified non-hierarchical classloader, used for looking up Servlet instances in the archive.

It is not able to handle all of possible class loading variants, hence the list of ignored exception should cover more than ClassNotDefFoundException and NoClassDefError. The latter should be replaced to LinkageError, which is more general.
