Document what Arquillian adds to "testable" deployments

It's not clear from the reference documentation what exactly Arquillian adds to a "testable" deployment. This should be clearly explained in the following chapter:

For instance, some people do not realize that Arquillian adds the test class to the deployment (though it should be fairly obvious).
