Consider the following configuration:

<jboss-web>
    <context-root>/</context-root>
</jboss-web>

class SimpleTest {
    ...
    @ArquillianResource
    private URL deployedURL;
    ...
}

The context-root is not detected and injected url can't be used in tests.

The detection should be fixed in ServletUtils.
