Persistence extension is failing to enrich archive when there is no dataset defined

Shrinkwrap is throwing exception when trying to enrich test archive (WAR or EAR) with empty asset of data sets. This happens when there is no data set defined (i.e. when test has @PersistenceTest or @Transactional annotation but no @UsingDataSet or @ShouldMatchDataSet is defined).
