CDI Enricher should support non JNDI based BeanManager lookup by default

          Description

          By registering a CDI Extension we can get the BeanManager the enricher is loaded in. This should avoid having to expose BeanManager in JNDI for weld-servlet users, e.g. Jetty/ Tomcat
