Support Arquillian as a Service

    Description

      It should be possible to run Arquillian as a standalone Service.

      With this we could remove the need for a Running Client.

      e.g Deploy artifacts-tests.jar to the server, and a Arquillian deployer can pick it up and run the tests against a deployed application..

      this needs to be designed further..
