Description
Create a public method there in every driver factory class, that returns DesiredCapabilities containing parsed and set capabilities. This can be easily used by other developers.
Real use case is a usage in an integration Cube with Drone: https://github.com/arquillian/arquillian-cube/commit/3ef2d2f1c247b37c60f76bfdb060ca6a6999ac93
Do not implement by changing SPI as it is targeted in a minor release.
