AngularJS extension throws angular.element(...).injector(...) is undefined

AngularJS extension sometimes fails on UnifiedPush server login page with
angular.element(...).injector(...) is undefined. The login page doesn't use AngularJS but is redirected to from a AngularJS page, which sometimes seems to cause problems.
