Document requirements for PhantomJS on headless machines

When:

I want to execute PhantomJS based job on a headless Linux based machine.

Then:

There are still some dependencies that might not be available on the machine. And it might fail.

Expecting:

Missing dependencies/native packages are documented.

Depedencies are:
fontconfig, openssl, freetype
