Ability to load configuration from arquillian.xml for an extension

It would be great for the Core to have the Drone-like ability to load the config present within arquillian.xml.

Then it could be re-used by all arquillian extensions, without a need to have a dependency on Drone, or duplicate the code.

For example, these Drone classes:

could then be used like:
